ABOUT DAR BLACK PEARL
Located about a 3-minute walk from Riad Étoile d’Orient and only 20 meters from Dar Émeraude and Dar Green Diamond, Dar Black Pearl is a private riad designed to offer space, comfort and independence, while benefiting from the support and services of the guest house.
THE PATIO -JACUZZI
The riad is arranged around a patio with a jacuzzi, the true heart of the house. Out of respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbors, the jacuzzi’s “blower” function (bubble system) is activated from 9 am to 9 pm. Outside of these hours, guests can freely enjoy the hot water in a more peaceful atmosphere.
4 Rooms
Accommodating up to 10 people, Dar Black Pearl comprises four spacious bedrooms, each approximately 20 square meters. The riad has one bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor.
Two bedrooms can be furnished with an additional bed, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
LOUNGE & KITCHEN
The living spaces include a lounge and a dining room, two separate rooms designed for relaxation and shared moments in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
Throughout the day, Jamila, the dedicated housekeeper at Dar Black Pearl, ensures the riad’s cleanliness, comfort, and attentive service, respecting guests’ privacy. In addition, the Riad Étoile d’Orient team is available 24/7 to assist, advise, and answer any questions guests may have.
The TERRACE
On the roof, the Dar Black Pearl has a very large terrace including an outdoor lounge and a solarium, offering privileged spaces to relax, enjoy the sun or extend the evenings in complete tranquility.
THE SPA
Dar Black Pearl does not have a spa within the riad. However, guests can take advantage of the spa at Riad Étoile d’Orient, located 3 minutes away, to arrange treatments and wellness moments, by reservation.

Breakfast and other meals are served in the Dar Black Pearl dining room, offering a warm and intimate setting within the private riad. Guests can also choose to enjoy lunch or dinner on the panoramic terrace of Riad Étoile d’Orient, as they wish.
